Your architecture is my blind vision! Grossly stated entry/gateways are inviting and grand. I assume the entry faces south? I attended UCF briefly back in the 1990's seeking a PhD in Environmental Engineering, but found the arts more my style. If yo…

Very nice, welcoming center and inviting of the public. offsets create more of a warm feeling in complimentary with the vernacular stone. The headers are a statement, and cross-polinate with the roof drainage icons. thx for the inspiration.

DISSERTATION: Revisiting Duplex Living

DISSERTATION: AS DESIGNERS, CAN WE RESTRUCTURE THE SOCIOLOGICAL PATTERNS THAT HAVE BEEN HISTORICALLY CREATED FROM DUPLEX BUILDING WITHIN AN ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY.

To understand a client’s vision, among other talents a designer must provide both ample schematics and preliminary guidance necessary to obtain a common goal. One must create enough open doors to fully embrace the design problem and its capacity; then one is ready to deliver the ‘only’ design solution of validity. By exploring the… Continue

Thanks Paul for the compliments. I am truly a believer in simple being sometimes the most elegant and best solution. Especially in the work that I do which is the programming, planning and design of science & technology facilities, I would rather spend the money where it counts and that is creating forward thinking built environments that inspire. Stay in touch!

Hi Paul. I am stuck also with this economy. Renderings is a luxury thing to do for architects, it is like create models. Now , I am in Mexico trying to find clients for this new kind of presentations, because it realy sells your project. I have thought to some architects interested for this process. It will take like two weeks. In school it takes 3 years and thousand of dollars,,,ah I had to learned cartoon animation..........it is funny but I am dedicating this process to architecture.
Thanks for the comments.

Yes. I build fron AutoCad to 3dMax. I am an architect but I studied also Animation Art and Design. I consider the computer a new way or media to show the architectural model. At the begining it is a slow process but with practice is fast and the presentation is amazing different. After you render with 3DMax you enhancethe rendering with Photoshop that is easy and fun.
