And also I see you have friends from Buenos Aires, Argentina --where I was born and raised-- have you been there recently?
Come on, tell us where are you, what do you do these days of architectural dry spell, something to know about you.
I have had various mini-additions lately, nothing fancy, but a good change from the last 2 years when I got about 6 to 8 minor remodels altogether.
The residential market seems to be a tiny, little better in the area, at least since beginning of November.
I keep my fingers and toes crossed to see if it lasts...
